The Chaos to Clarity Planner was designed for women balancing work, home, family, and life. Rather than focusing on productivity alone, it helps you release the mental load, organize what matters most, and create greater clarity in your everyday life.
Is this planner designed for both personal and professional planning?
Yes. The planner was intentionally created to help you manage both personal and professional responsibilities in one place, eliminating the need for multiple notebooks, planners, and scattered lists

How many pages are included?
195 thoughtfully designed pages.
Does the planner include monthly and weekly layouts?
Yes. The planner includes both monthly and weekly planning pages, along with quarterly intentions, master lists, meeting notes, and space for brainstorming and reflection
Ordering & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days for in-stock items. During launches and promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
The Chaos to Clarity 2027 Planner is currently available for pre-order.
Orders containing a 2027 planner are expected to begin shipping in September 2026. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be held and shipped together unless otherwise arranged.

Do you offer tracking?
Yes. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Do you ship across Canada & the U.S.?
Yes. We currently ship throughout Canada and the United States and are working to expand shipping options.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll gladly make it right.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email hello@thepaperkeep.ca with photos of the damaged item(s), and we'll assist you as quickly as possible.

Historically, a keep was the strongest part of a castle—the centre, the foundation, the place everything else was built around.
The Paper Keep was created for the women who play that role every day. The planners, the dreamers, the caregivers, the business owners, and the women carrying the mental load of modern life.
Our mission is simple: to help women release the mental load, create clarity, and make space for what matters most.
Why use paper when everything is digital?
Digital tools are excellent for execution. We believe paper serves a different purpose.
The Paper Keep is designed to be a thinking space—a distraction-free place to process ideas, organize priorities, and create clarity before taking action.

Busy women who are balancing multiple responsibilities and looking for a simple, intentional system to organize their lives and reduce overwhelm.
Will this planner help me be more productive?
Maybe—but that's not actually the goal.
The goal is to help you feel less overwhelmed, more focused, and more in control of your days.
