Wholesale Policies

RESALE

Products purchased through our wholesale program may only be sold in physical retail locations or through your independent retail website. Resale through third-party marketplaces, including Amazon, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, and similar platforms, is strictly prohibited.

ORDER MINIMUMS

Minimum order quantity is $150.00 CAD.

PAYMENT

Payment may be made through our website, PayPal, or e-transfer. Orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.

FULFILLMENT

In-stock wholesale orders typically ship within 1–5 business days. Fulfillment timelines for pre-orders will be communicated at the time of purchase. Orders requiring additional services, such as custom packaging or barcoding, may require additional processing time.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

All wholesale sales are final.

Should any products arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thepaperkeep.ca with photographs of the affected items. We will gladly replace damaged or defective products.

PACKAGING

Products should be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Customized packaging options may be available upon request.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING

Approved retailers are welcome to use The Paper Keep product photography on their websites, email marketing, and social media platforms.

When sharing on social media, please tag @thepaperkeep whenever possible.

Product photography may only be used by approved retail partners for the purpose of promoting and selling The Paper Keep products.
