Why The Paper Keep?
Historically, a keep was the strongest part of a castle—the centre, the foundation, the place everything else was built around.
When we thought about the women we serve, it felt fitting.
Every home has a keeper.
The one who remembers the appointments, plans the schedules, manages the details, and carries the responsibilities that often go unseen.
The one holding everything together.
The Paper Keep was created for her.
Not to help her do more.
To help her carry less.
To provide a place to release the mental load, create clarity, and make space for what matters most.

Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Kaela.
I'm a mother of four, entrepreneur, and the founder of The Paper Keep.
Like many women, I spent years juggling family life, business responsibilities, appointments, deadlines, ideas, and endless to-do lists. I thought the answer was to become more organized, more productive, and somehow remember more.
But eventually I realized the problem wasn't a lack of effort.
I was simply carrying too much.
What began as a personal planning system became a way to create clarity in the midst of the chaos. And over time, it grew into something I wanted to share with other women who felt the same way.
Today, The Paper Keep exists to help women move from overwhelm to intention, from mental clutter to clarity, and from chaos to calm.
Because even the women who keep it all together deserve a place to put down what they're carrying.
